SCOOTER GIRL: Tips for 'mature' bikers
23.02.10
How many families do you have some that have multiple generations of bikers on the road? I can name a few of the top of my head. Each of these generations trained how to drive on roads that have changed over time and continue to change. There are now more people on the course, bikes and cars and trucks, each vying for space on roads open. Each of these individuals advance a win with their different driving styles. The problems associated with driving cars and aging have an impact exponentially for motorcyclists.
About the enthusiast who is 70 and still riding (you know who you are). They were on the road since the 1950s. At that time there were no highways wonderful, no congestion, no hybrids. Seat belts were not required to be in tatters. The cars had big chrome bumpers and speed limits were lower than our way today 55 or 65. Even then security was a problem.
I had the chance to sit with the person relationships plain Dot Penn, Karen Dussinger to talk about bikes and the rider reaches full growth. Karen notes that you are a driver "mature" when you hit 55 (years that is), according to AAA.

Hamann offers up to 271-hp in the Abarth 500 and Abarth 500 esseesse

Force Release :
From the friendly bubble car to the wild beast: the HAMANN acting kits for the Fiat 500 Abarth and Abarth esseesse
At first shimmer, the Fiat 500 does not really seem to fit into the HAMANN-Motorsport scheme. But the company based in Laupheim is not only one of the most renowned refiners for BMW-models and chic luxury cars, but also popular cars – and without any question the retro scooter unhesitatingly belongs into that category. Since the model has been introduced in 2007, HAMANN has offered vigorous modification kits for the Cinquecento which meet large approval with the fans.
Now the next go-slow of genius follows: HAMANN provides the Fiat 500 with more power. The Abarth type is the centre of attention – Fiat´s sports model. Yet, the mill-made 135 hp sound rather modest. But HAMANN now changes that with five performance enhancements. Already the smallest upgrade “HS I” boots the pygmy scooter up to 160 hp by applying some well-directed changes in the engine electronics. The torque rises from 206 to concentrated 285 Nm. But this is not yet the end for the 1.4 litre petrol car. The next upgrade “HS II” pushes the Abarth to 180 hp and 295 Nm torque. Software stage set, modified exhaust turbo charger, optimised air filter dispute with sports air filter as well as a two-pipe end muffler – they all make this redoubtable result possible. But the HAMANN technicians even go one step further with the performance kit “HS III” which renders 210 hp and 310 Nm. This can be attributed to a turbo charger with smaller geometry, a new nutrition supply and an optimised engine electronic.
